When I say lift, I generally mean lifting 2 terminals to take the component out of the equation. See attached.

Doing the same as you did for the collector of that transistor, what does the voltage do on the terminal of R320 that is NOT connected to the transistor?

Check R99 in the power supply area.

Thanks Perry. Looks like R99 is bad on both amps. Do you know what value they should be?

It goes to ground so I used a 100ohm. Reattached Q301. Still in protect. R320 has 14V on it now.
