I am in the process of designing a 6 channel amp to replace the rather dodgy system on my computer.
So far, i have 5 LM3875 modules, and a kit built 200 watt amp module to drive the subwoofer.
The process so far.

The 6 channel volume control.
Finding a way to control 6 channels at the same time is hard without resorting to digital means.
I have used 3 alps log pots joined together with some gears to control all 6 channels at the same time.

More pictures as i slowly build it.

Transformers

2 18volt x 2 transformers for the 5 LM3875 modules, one 40volt x 2 transformer for the 200 watt sub amp, and a 13.8 volt one to drive the misc stuff in the amp, including soft turn on, fan, headphone amp and anything else.

Judging from the heatsinks you must be expecting some tough working conditions.:scared:

For your next project you could have a look here. They have 6-channel pot with motor for optional remote control. There is a typo in the list. The real price is 20,30 $.
