Yes thats ok, i scraped off some harts and solderd it back.
Thats what broke the last time in this amp, after i fixed that it worked for 2 years. (dont understand why it broke)

Perry or anyone who can help me with this? I took out all of the mosfets, rectifiers, inductor, condensors and even the little modu-x card and the protectlight is still on? Should there be an ohm reading between B+ and ground?
What is the DC voltage across the speaker terminals?
Did you leave it on long enough to allow the initial mute delay to end?

The modu1 xm05-ra only reading is 11.5v on the mute pin and 0.002v on all the others.
Left the amp on for 3min now and got 2.5v on the speaker terminals.

Desolder the following components, one at a time and power up to see if one of them allows the amp to power up.

Ok, will Come back in a moment and post realy, by the way i ment capacitors not condensors sorry
I took RT1 out and solderd D12 back and now it starts right up and the protectlight goes out after 2-3sec, do i just have to put a new thermal RT1 in then?
Yes its shorted, i just have to find one just like it that is intact and doesnt give any reading correct?
I don't know the value (possibly 100k ohms). I'll try to find a junk board in the shop to measure the value (maybe not today).
The value is the 'room temperature' reading. It will drop in value when heated (even when you touch it with your fingers).

Ahh ok, do you have one just like mine or is it some kind of standard value on these in car amps? Thermal diode?
