I am thinking of buying a 400w metal halide bulb for my projector setup. however, i see there's single and double ended. what's the difference? life or lumens?
Dont choose a bulb on those parameters. Any bulb with 20% more lumen/life but with the wrong colour/size will be useless.
Get one that fits!
You can find all specs (dimensions/socket type/colour temp) at the manufacturers websites (osram/sylvania/philips...)
