you are no tested to big voltage ?

You can increase anode voltage up to 160 Vcc without any problem, just adapt electrolitics capacitors voltage. 🙂

If you increase PL504 anode voltage above 90V, you should use real audio output transformers (600-800 ohm) instead of using the line transformers as I suggested for the 24 Vcc prototype.
Audio transformers improve bandwith and also limit the risk of core saturation due to c.c.
