Is there any simple but good usb soundcard like the behringer uca202 or the old m-audio transit that works without flaws?
Well, what kind of inputs and outputs do you need, for what purpose? What kind of computer / OS?
UCA202 has never been very good on the recording side, for example. For output only, you can get some splendid USB dongles these days (e.g. some CS43131 based ones). If you need some decent unbalanced inputs, the inserts on a Behringer UMC204HD could be used (note: -5 dBFS max).

Loads of cheapie USB DAC's on ebay.
I have used one for many years and it sounds fine.
Its just bus powered but drives a Fane 12-50 speaker to an acceptable level.
