OPT issue

OK guys,
I traced the problem to the OPT. The ouput terminal were not shorted. In fact, I got an LCR meter and measured the inductance of the primary for the good and bad OPT. The primary of the good one measured 12H while the bad one measured 0.5H. The resistances were the same. The values for the secondary were the same for both transformers.
This now all makes sense with the observation that when I switched the primary between the channels, the problem would track with the transformer.
The OPTS are on their way to EDCOR, will post again when I get them back.
Thanks again
Salsero
