Simple preamp design, take a look!

Hello, im looking about building a preamp for my power amplifiers. I have came up with this block diagram...

An externally hosted image should be here but it was not working when we last tested it.

What do you think of this setup, using a jisbos buffer ? I would place the DRV134 opamps after the buffer, to give it low input resistance.
