Simple power supply PCB layout question

There are numerous Chinese companies who will supply small quantity pcb's at very good prices.
The one I use does have a min order of 5 but the price is about £80 including shipping to the UK. The turn around from order to getting the pcb's is about 2 weeks.

Yes, Osh Park is good for smaller pcbs, but the prices are about $5 per sq in. for 2 layers, $10 for 4 layers, for 3 pcbs total. It does include free USPS shipping.
For four 60 sq in two layer boards ($38 each incl. shipping), 4pcb is much cheaper than Osh Park for three 60 in sq boards ($100 each).
