simple inductors

I use to wrap my own simple inductors. The attached is the excel spread sheet I use to design then.
I used to use mylar tape to hold them together. now I use cheap ebay Kapton made to sublimation printing

The following limitations:

• single layer coils only
• only 10 to 24AWG wire is used
• resistance calculation excluded lead length
