well i designed a simple Class D amplifier but i have a problem of the Ho which swing form +40/-30V and this is bad for the top MOSFET and also for LO swings from -30/-20V which is also quite bad for the bottom MOSFET .

There is no problem at all.The issue is the scope ground probe beeing referenced to the negative rail, to see HO correctly, the scope ground need to be connected to the halfbridge output before the output filter inductor.
Anyways, this is a very common clocked class d without any form of feedback loop.
