simple class D amp

If you want to get a feel for current practice in self-oscillating class-D, why not make a low-voltage UCD-style amp as I show in the SPICE schematic below? (Choose a small low-voltage N/P channel pair of MOSFETs that are available to you). The CD4050 can be powered from the 12V supply feeding the output MOSFETs.

I have just composed a class D amplifier in LTspice using complimentary symmetry. It is a class AB with positive feedback to make it operate in class D mode. The parts will need some adjustment for real life.
