floating SRPP & circlotron

The floating SRPP is my invention. It requires isolated power supply. The circlotron is standard uses audio transformer 1:2x2 available on Aliexpress .
Thank you Indra1.

You need more heat next time to solder the big copper plates. Place on a portable hot plate with old throw away fry pan to preheat to about 120C. Then solder iron only has to apply final heat to melt. Solder paste would have been perfect.

Nice resourcefulness and attempt though.

Looking forward to your first sound.

Those amp designs look intriguing as I very much like simple topologies. I've got loads of projects on the go and need to finish some of them off before starting any new ones, however, when I do have time, I will certainly look at building one of your SRPP designs, I have a few of these LD1010 JFETs left over to play with.

Thanks for the tip on soldering, I found it easy to solder the JFETs in place on the copper, what was difficult was soldering those 1mm thick pieces of copper wire that join the copper plates, probably because I did it after bolting them to the heatsink, so the heat was just being soaked up by the heatsink. When I do the other next channel, I'll do it differently.

I've never used solder paste, I'll look at getting some.

I must get the chassis finished as I have all the aluminium sat here and all the electronics are ready to fit, I'm just finding it hard to find time right now to get much done.
