Looking to deploy some gyrators for anode load use, but I don't want to re-invent the wheel. Basically a component/building block for me, I'd be just as happy if anyone offered a good one for sale as a completed unit, like the way K&K sells CCS modules. otherwise I'll design/build my own.
Generic specs would be Zac>1M, 1mA<I<30mA
So I'm looking for feedback/experience from those who have played with simple one-active device gyrators. What works best? MOSFETs? p or n? Enhancement or depletion? Any specific ones? Any other hints or actual circuits that perform particularly well? Thanks.
