My $39 cellphone:

Sigs display across the 1280 way, not in portrait's 720px.
On desktop, I find similar but not the same action. The smallest I can drag the display and still see sigs is 612px, seen here.
Why is this less than the cellphone's 720px which does not display sigs? I dunno. I do have the desktop set for "120 pixels/inch 125% of normal!!" but 720/612 is 117.65%. I can play with the numbers and think the desktop is seen as 765px, but I think that is wrong logic. I know Jason and helpers have been studying the "responsive interface" settings which display different things for different screens. I wish them luck on that.
