Signature visibility

It appears that only those visiting the forum, who are logged in, can see the signature. Is that normal?

That is how the forum is set up at the moment. That was done early with the new forum software.

Will that be changed to allow far more people to see links to products that forum members are trying to sell? Or to increase visits to websites they're trying to promote?

Do you know if the various search engine bots can see the signatures?

Search engines cannot see them.

I'll have to discuss this with the team and revisit the reasons for doing this.
