Hello, i have installed in my car an amplifier Helix H400 and a player. On the max volume (35/35) with 1kHz teste tone the output has 4V. But when i play music i could not reach 23/35 because i have a lot of distorsions coming from player. In this case i want to make a preamplifier, to rise the voltage from 2V on 23/35, to a 8V rms.I have +/-15V power suplly and i want an ideea or a good schematic, for example with NE5532 or something like that.

cure the reason for the distortion coming from your player first (head unit), its probably a cheap DAC inside of that head unit, and the only way to cure that is by replacing the head unit altogether with another source.
Simply raising the line level voltage from 4vRMS to 8vRMS won't cure your problem and will infact just make things worse imho.

I think i know what i want, because i measured the voltage on my player with 1kHz test tone, and on 20/35 volume it has only 1-1.5V, on 35/35 where the sound it's distorsonated, i get 4V output, but useless.

You need to cure distortion first, it is likely you have a mismatch with level coming out of your player to then interface with the Helix H400. The Helix Manual here: www.products2006.audiotec-fischer.com/englisch/pdf/h400.pdf
states 600mv to 8v which suggests that the Helix amp has circuitry that attempts to match this enormous range of input - then again it could be a misleading misprint... as it unusual not to have a fixed input level. Input impedance is 10k
Using the players ( brand? model ? ) variable pre amp out connection it should deliver adequate level to your Helix 400, check your connection that you are wiring the variable out from the player to the helix 400. this is usually wired with a stereo RCA signal lead.
Further answer may be provided by using a level matching circuit such as a suitably rated L pad attenuator, but this would be unusual for car audio which is designed to be plug and play, with little need for other circuitry. 🙂
