IJW120R070T1 and IJW120R100T1 are TO247 devices, you can clearly see this in the table on the last page

I see that now, but when you enter the purported part number as a search parameter, nothing comes up. Maybe your results will be better - maybe this part is still words on paper. I hope that changes.
