I've been thinking for a while that a multi-radiused "thumbnail" bit could perform better than a comparable (3/4") single-radius roundover. But yours is the first baffle that I've seen implement it.
What was your thinking in choosing this profile? How has it performed?

Osscar that's beautiful. I love the look of exposed baltic birch edges when the ply's are nice and tight.Ok it's not a speaker - but an amplifier, but you can see the texture of this fantastic material (I'm from the Baltics myself )
For those of you using round over bits/chamfering bb edges.
If you hit a void or have a little tear or chip out do you fill it with anything before applying a finish?
Or do you mostly live with the slight imperfections?
Me and pops toyed with the idea of firing the shaper up to cut some edges. I might play around with some scrap this week.
Speakers are not yet completed, the lockdown has suspended all my audio work. BTW, my Baltic birch sheets are 1", not 3/4" and the roundover bit has rounded the full 1" thickness.@tcpip

last year i built some acoustic panels using malaysian regular plywood and did a natural finish on them using BLO and shellac:

I buy some of these bits from eBay.com or AliExpress. I don't bother to keep track of the brand. Can you please check there in a month or two, after more sellers come back online there?@tcpip
1"! That's a heck of a bit. I don't think I've seen one that big.
Who made it and what's the model number please.
