Shielding for cables

Does anybody know where to get shielding for cables? I'm building some phono cables and need to find separate shield sleeve...

Best to use already shielded cable.

Built some DBS powered cables and needed some good 100% shield. The best cable was the 8281b video cable. Has 2 layers and foil.
Just cut it open. Some coax is very lightly braided and not worth the trouble.
