sharp qa-1650 problems

if i dont plug anything into the panel and just get the sharp logo screen i get kinda a double image plus it flickers alot like there is a fan between it and the light and there isnt iv played with most of the settings and cant change it at all. i plug it into my comp and it still flickers and will display a image but it is all distorted like it was set at a bad resolution or refresh rate and iv change those and cant get any change what so ever in the picture. ANYONE have any ideas ??? here are some pics with it on the OHP with my comp hooked to it

Is the signal you're sending it 640 x 480, 60hz?

i have played with it since and iv got a clear picture now but it flashes really fast even on the splash screen it flashes and sometimes there are some horizontal lines and i get this wierd mirror effect like i see the mouse in 2 diff places above a line and below it i dunno whats wrong iv got it close to working its really annoying me if i cant get it to work ima sell it for parts ... and ima buy a lcd to strip.
