does ne body think that with a panel of 640X480 resolution that i could get at least 120" of image.

Sure you can. And the picture is brighter than higher resolution panel such as 800x600 and 1024x768.

Yes, I think you can project at least 150". I tried 120" before. The pixel of the projected picture with the 640x480 panel is bigger than with 800x600 panel. However, I think it doesn't matter, because there is not much difference in picture resolution when you watch DVD movie or TV program. The bigger, the better as long as your room is big enough. I think to use the entire area of a wall is the best idea.

If you do not like to see the pixel grid, then use a 1024x768 panel.
