SF304A TO247 Dual diode cross

Hate to do it to you again (Thanks DUG and ENZO) ;-) I think a 2N3906 will suffice for my last request.
I am now in desperate need of a Rectron SF304A three lead common anode dual supply rectifier in a TO247 case. It crosses to an International Rectifier 20F2R15 and I am at a loss for a replacement also.

Well, going to Digi-Key again:

Diode array (because it is a dual diode)
TO-247
Common Cathode
>30A
>200V
<35nS
came up with 13

This one showed the lowest forward V drop at 30A

The difference will be that the forward voltage @ 30A is 1.05V vs 0.93V @ 25deg C

Again, depends on what is important.

30 amps at 200volts would be fine but the operative term here was "Common Anode".
Thats where the problem is....

Your rectron is a super fast rectifier, so is the DUG suggestion. Assuming this is in some sort of SMPS maybe?

So whatever substitutes you may find, it is going to be important they also be fast recovery types.

It's a standard power supply rectifier connected to a torroid transformer.
Nothing special about the application. It does not have to be fast recovery but fast recovery types are very common in this package for SMPS.
...just not in common ANODE types.

Oh, then does it HAVE to be a dual diode in a TO247 then? How about a pair of TO220 single diodes? Mount them side by side - only takes slightly more room. Are you building or replacing?

Or get one of those square 30-35A bridge rectifiers and just use half of it. Bolt it to the chassis or the heat sink as needed. Even if this is a replacement of existing part, you can still mount a bridge on the chassis and run three wires back to the board.

I am replacing and would REALLY like to use the TO247 device. (I'm funny like that).
Space would make it difficult to use anything else.
