Hello I when setting the gains for my amplifier, for my subwoofers, should the subwoofer level be a 0 or should you turn it up?

What kind of system is this and what components does it include. In pro audio the 0dB position on a gain is referred to as unity and that is a good reference point but that doesn't mean all gains will end up set there.

so my system includes, Pioneer MVH-1400NEX head unit, Rockford fosgate power t16-s Components 2 pairs, front and rear, 2 Rockford Fosgate Punch p1 10's, for the amps, Rockford Fosgate P300X1 for the subs, and a Rockford Fosgate Power t400-4 for the mids and highs
