Servo gain question

Anybody know what value of resistor to use with an Acoustat servo amp to bypass gain pot? I'm not sure what value is used in mine but anything but a passive preamp and I can't use my volume pot even with a preamp of 4db gain. Cheers. Peter

Haha if only I was technical and in afraid of 5000v. Really I'm not sure what value we used I will ask my tech and see what value we used. Cheers.

lpd, an easy solution would be to contact Mike Savuto at Analogue Associates. That's one of the upgrades he offers on the Servos, you can buy the correct, quality parts from him and have your tech install them.
