Here in Germany I heared, that they don´t want to disclosure any circuit diagrams.
After looking inside the amp I dont´t understand why. It ist really not that special.
A diagram is just more conveniant, than following the traces.

I think that it depends on the age of the equipment concerned and whether it is still in production.
A friend of mine got a lot of help from them with his DM7 speakers which are about 20 years old. They may be less obliging with more recent models.
