What sort of problem are you having?

The LM358 commonly fails, driving pin 16 of the TL494 high, shutting the amps down.

The problem is the pwm, the amplifier immediately goes into protection, red led as soon as I give the remote
The final stage works I disabled the pwm of the autotek and tried with another pwm and it plays.
I checked the 6 irfz44 and they are ok, I changed the tl594, I checked the diodes fep16 and feb16 all ok but it does not start.

If you monitor the output of each channel (bridging speaker terminals), do you see a pulse of DC on either channel?
