Series wiring (Qts) Query

I want to use two 4 ohm bass drivers in an OB. If I wire them in series, what happens to the Qts?
The Qts for a single driver is 0.53

Qts stays the same, it's a myth that the series Le or Re changes things. If you search on my name you should be able to find a post where I explained it.

I tried a search using richie00boy and Qts and 58 threads came up. I think you may need to give the first poster a bit more of a clue.

Doing further digging, I found the answer at

So as far as I can see (and vaguely follow!) the Qts stays the same.

Maybe an experienced moderator should have tried a couple more search terms 😉 Sorry I was in a bit of a rush when I posted, I often use the display by posts option rather than thread, as it gives me results I can sort easier. I had hoped he would have success that way too, if he was really even bothered to dig deeper.

As it happens the thread he has found explains it in excellent detail anyway.
