Only 5 out of 19 wants Vref connections. So not that many 9018 users after all.

I have now PCB layouts for both circuits for that.
I have not tested them so one of you should take the responsibility of checking for mistakes from a pdf print.
They are adapted from the current layout, so not 100% perfect by my usual standard, and I do want to avoid going double sided.
(Vref is located in the middle of the 4 JFETs.)
It also requires separate heatsinks for Quad FETs, as the spacing is different from our standard quad JFET heatsink.
(6mm pitch as opposed to 5mm pitch).
So you would get 4x type 1, 4x type 2 and for stereo mode 4x type 0 dual JFET heatsinks together with the 4 PCBs.

Plus setup charges for 2 PCBs.
Will probably add another 15 Euros + (incl 2 extra heatsinks) to each kit, dependent on how many more subscribers going for Vref version.

9018 potential users please take note of the discussion at the main thread on output / input impedances between DAC & IV Converter.

In the configurations I am proposing for 9018 (2 pair complementary or 4x 2SK369V), the input impedance should be about 8R.

I'm ok to support the article/magazine.. there is an interesting list of contributors writing for it, and it is certainly a worthwhile undertaking to put together. I look up to many of the authors i see have written there, including EUVL and Jan, and I'm happy to support it. I do also notice my paycheck, dwindling to nothing, and my health care reduced by half...yet still, these I/V PCB look great! I really look forward to implementing them.
