I found a vendor on ebay for SJEP120R100.
I am not posting the link here for the ad is easy enough to find on ebay.
Does anybody have any experience? Are these the real deal?
They are HELLA-expensive!

I seem to have got the genuine article from China, used SJEP120R63 (utsource)

I tested with the DMM method here as well as in situ in babelfish 2j.

The Semisouth thread linked above also has interesting reading at the start of the thread and in the attached pdf in post #2.

Yes but then later on in another post he said they looked OK. Then from that thread I arrived to another dude that bought them from the same vendor (capacitordistributor) for the J2 or the AJ.

I don't know how you guys do it finding anything around here...

littlediode, utsource, polida are the main fake components sellers on ebay..

I commented that the markings were not identical to mine.

It's not too hard to distinguish them if you actually test them.

Real R100's will conduct an amp or so with Vgs = 1.2V

Not that many generic Mosfets will do so.

I bought these parts from capacitordistributor before. I got the real thing. But the price seems to go through the roof...
