I have made an qty order with semisouth, with delivery estimated in May/June.
When they come, I will be able to offer them (SJEP120R100) at about $40 each or lower, matched, inclusive of postage, payment by paypal.
Matched 2SJ74 (for 2sj109 replacement) will be available too, with matched 2SJ103 available as cascode if rail voltage is a problem for j74.

At the mean time, anybody wants the 12 pcs of SJEP120R100 I ordered in the first GB? $200/4pcs inclusive of paypal fee and shipping.

Since the title of this thread is "Semisouth JFET" and not just SJEP120R100, I will like to announce that, I will not only be offering SJEP120R100, but the new 1700V SJEP170R550 as well.
But don't expect the smaller part to be much cheaper, because it actually cost me more per unit, due to quantity.

And SJEP170R550 is expected to be available to you all in March.

I have ask semisouth to delivery part of my SJEP120R100 first, while their lab continue to make the rest. If positive, then this part will be here By March too.
