After a decade of looking I think I have finally found a second lightly used Vega154 driver.
So my first thoughts are to use one of the cheap Behringer crossovers I have accumulated [ because passive components to use below 100Hz simply cost far too much] and buy a Yamaha PX3 or PX5 to handle the bass.
Your thoughts on a mid-bass driver size tho; 12" or 10" or 8" and whether a Vifa M-22 could keep up with the 15" Vega I'm thinking MTM with 4" Vifa PL11 as I happen to still have 4 and a small Neo Tweeter or maybe the PL14s I just got
Drivers will need to be locally sourced due to the tyranny of distance and if I can use something from the stash even better.
Bearing in mind that I may not get final approval to replace the current system in the lounge room
