I did a search here for mention of this device, which was reported by NPR in December 2004, and I wanted to make sure everyone had seen the video. I'm not sure of the right term for this kind of idiot-proofing solution, but let's start with "expensive."

Yeah I wouldnt expect anyone to buy it for personal use..
Companies and schools would be very interested, avoid disability pay, etc.
