Seeking diode data ITT Z3B560

I'm looking for data for ITT diodes type Z3B560, if someone could point me in the right direction - thanks in advance!

Seems to be a 56v zener diode rated at 1.5watts. See attached ITT datasheets, there are 5% and 10% tolerance variants.
