Ok here is a Q,
The C3 caps, 10uf+8uf, should i run these as parrells or in series, IOW
run the 10uf 1st, then come after witha 8.2 EVO Oil silvergold?
Or does not matter.
My guess is series is superior.
Obviously can't do series with 2 huge caps.
the EVO Oil is short and fat, = doable in series., though awkward.

'Superior' doesn't come into it:
10uF + 8uF in parallel = 18uF.
10uF + 8uF in series = 4.44uF
