Just finished some boxes a few days ago with Seas CA17RC1 and FU10RB H1600-04.
I just decided to toss together a few parts to see if it would be any good, went to Biltema (cheap tools and such) and got what I think you call Spruce boards, and i had some nice Beech to, so the original thought was to call the thread "Spruce my beech up!" but it was a bit silly, so it will only get an honourable mention.
Nothing about these speakers is perfect, they are imperfection incarnate.
The wood is not hard enough, bracing insufficient, the horn loading thing was done on a whim because I messed up my original plan and just slapped on more wood on the back and sanded it into some horn-ish semblance. Discovered that 1 of the CA17RC1 per box was not enough so i just got some more and put them in, this works because it's "just" a sealed box at around 43-44 liters.
The XO is 1 coil of 0,47mH for the two woofers in parallel and 1 cap of 33uF for the FU10 and 2 x 10 ohm 5W MOX resistors to pad it down a bit (Really loud!).
So the whole thing is just a few bits tossed together in a heap to see if it would be any good.
Best spent time in years! At least in regards to the diy of audio.
It sounds amazing! So far every kind of music I've thrown at it just seems to work. really dynamic sound, snare drums just hit you, kick drum actually almost feels like it's in the room on some tracks, incredible for some 6" woofers and a small fullrange driver. Piano and singers are in the room, excellent imaging.
Just very impressed with the FU10RB! It might need a couple of 12"!
Sorry about the crappy phone pics, but that's all there is.

Could you show measurements?
Not sure if I want to do measurements, and either way I have no proper measurement microphone. They sound like a set of really good headphones. The closest comparison might be the AKG K141 Monitor. Not perfect or flat in any way, just really nice.
Just got some app on my phone with all the limitations that may have. It is within 7 db, so +/-3,5db from 250-2500hz on a 30s sine sweep, With sawtooth both regular and inverse and square wave the variation is within 4db, so +/-2db. The mic on the phone must be strange at over 4khz because it's showing huge decrease in spl but the perceived volume is nearly flat to around 10khz. Less than 250 there are room modes and crappy mic at the same time so not doing that.
I am looking for a decent measurement mic but that's long term, maybe during next year.
The point og this speaker is: it'so simple it's ridiculous, but it just sounds much smoother than what I was expecting, Even with 1st order filters it sounds wonderful.
