i am looking for schematics or the service manual of a Hafler tuner/preamp 945.

Owner's Manual is attached. It does not include a schematic. I am not aware that a schematic was ever published. Much of the audio circuitry is very similar to the Hafler 915 preamp.

And here's the 915 owner's manual, which does include a schematic. Again, similar to the 945's audio circuitry.
