Are you using he Search dropdown in the upper right corner? What is your browser? Is it possible your mouse double clicked?
When clicking on the "Advanced search" (yes in the upper right corner) I get a blank screen and "File not found".

Yes. It's on the right drop down. The link is still the same. It pops up and then dissappears before I can even enter my search.
I'm am currently looking at the forum with Chrome on Windows 10 and have no problem with the search link, advanced search link or the link I posted above. All open just as they should.

My Android phone had the same issue. Click in search box to bring up keyboard and the keyboard flashes open then closes. Only on this forum.
No concerns here. Whenever I have troubles with Chrome I simply close it out for 1 minute then reopen it. Seems to fix a lot of things. If that doesn't work I shut the computer down for a minute. I'm on an older iMac.
Clearing cookies and cache frequently helps to solve problems like this, not uncommon to achieve critical amounts of "clutter" using the modern day worldwideweb...
