o.k. you did the "classical" alignment - from the picture I thought this but I was not shure. Especially after studying your horn-theory.

Hi Floric,
yes I have tried several different theories and than a friend of mine surgested me to disarrange the top driver mm per mm back untill I have the feeling that it sounds best. We took the difference between the two cubes and than my friend and I switched positions. I had to disarrange the cubes and he just listened with closed eyes. He gave me a sign to stop. Interesting was that that was the exact same position as I had. Than we measured out the distances and came to that result shown on the picture. So that "old" theorie as shown me and my friend that it is for our way building speakers the right on.
Now I use it for the first try and push the upper cube forward and backward to see If I can get a better result. 90% it is already the best result.
