I have planned around 500Hz on the low end, not sure on the tweeter as I quite like the 10F in the treble so it might stay as a 2-way similar to the long running design in the Full-Range Forum.@inrank What x/o points are you thinking? What's the f3 in that configuration?
-3dB was around 48-50Hz in a 25L-30L sealed based on the TS Parameters of my measured pair.

After some back and forth I think I'm getting a bit closer. I don't have access to Winisd on Mac sp I've done some modeling on https://www.micka.de/en/index.php
- https://sbacoustics.com/product/10-sb29nrx75-6-norex/ in a 30l compartment up to ~150Hz
- https://sica.it/prodotto/6-5-c-1-5-cp/ in a 5l compartment with mid and tweeter x/o @ recommended 3kHz
Looks pretty good to me. I'd probably push the woofer/midrange cross a bit higher. Minimizing cone movement on a coax helps reduce distortion.
But if you go this route, you can experiment and try different things.
