I got hold of 2 NOS Peerless Se OT's. They are 2k primary into 12 ohm and rated at 25w. Can anyone suggest a power tube that would work well with this load as a se amp or parallel se. I'm thinking KT88 se.Too low?

For that load, big TV horizontal output tube. You can even rig them as triode.

For KT88, too low metinks. Also, think about them as 1kΩ into 6Ω (most of "normal" modern speakers).
