Hi
This SCK106 is an NTC Thermistor from the power supply board of a Whaferdale S1500 power amp. I am not able to source or get the actual specifications for this component. It is broken into 2 pieces.but reads 12 ohms in resistance. Does anyone know its actual resistance, current rating and any similar component that can be used as a replacement.
Thanks

A GE cl-11 has cold resistance .7 ohm hot resistance of .02 ohm and allows max steady current of 12 amps.
If the 1500 is not the watt rating of the amp, but some imaginary sales number, then a GE cl-60 has cold resistance 10, hot resistance .18, and and maximum steady current of 5 amps.
If the amp breaker is 13 amps or above, neither is suitable. Assuming this is in series with the power transformer primary.

Datasheet here SCK-106 Datasheet | Voltts - Datasheetspdf.com . SCK = Surge current killer. 10 ohms cold, rated at 6 amps.
Don't know of any equivalent, but knowing the spec shouldn't be too hard to find.
