That's "Schiit". Although they use R-2R elements, they are not a straight (traditional) ladder topology. There's a brief description of the architecture on page 19 of this data sheet:

It'll be interesting to see if it starts a trend.
yet oddly Tyll and Katz didn't fall all over them shelves praising the Schiit Yggy for any clear "multibit" advantage over the 4x priced Pro converter they compared that used Delta-Sigma converters
