Hi,
I liked the pages.
The schematics are clear and easy to read.
Good work.
May i make a suggestion here?
I see that you wind your transformers and thats great. its something i may never have the time to do. I don't get enough time to play around with this stuff anyway. But would it be possible for you to recommend which , if any, off the shelf transformers you would use if building one of the amps from the schematics.
Yes i know alot of the people around here could most likely quote part numbers from different manufacturers off the top of their heads and get into a heated disscussion over why one would be better than the other, but considering that they are your drawings and you have worked with the circuits, your recomendations would be paramount.
It is excellent that you state the specs on the chokes i have seen alot of drawings that do not.
The only other thing would be to give special consideration to critical componants. identifying a precision resistor or stating the wattage of a wirewound would be examples of this.
It would be helpful to people who do try to build one of your circuits.
I do love the big yellow caution triangles.
It reminds people to be careful. and that voltage is not a toy.(but i know for most of us it is)
But overall an excellent site with lots of useful infomation.
I will visit often.
good job.

Wassa precision? 😕 😛 5% is more than accurate for anything I do, as I try to design it either stable or adjustable.
I don't actually wind my own iron, that's just the beginnings.. still haven't managed to finish anything but chokes... 🙁
I would recommend Hammond since it's the cheapest easily available brand I know of. Go with whatever you want that meets the spec.
