Do you have the "winRAR" program?You can use it for open it ,my English is not good,I hold you can understand.

This BBS does not allow RAR files to be uploaded.So I renamed the file extension to .zip.It can however be opened by Winrar which is a much better program that opens almost all compressed files. 😎
