Does anybody have a schematic or the full servicemanual for that amp? or do i need to order one.. (I just bought a broken one and saw that someone had been messing in it before...not pretty...)

Try talking with the service man at your local HK dealer.
Usually they are friendly and let you borrow the service manual so that you can copy the pages you need.
