schematic for Audio Research SP11?

I haven't looked at the ARC SP-11 schematic yet, but my answer to the question is: not terribly critical!

The FETs need to be low noise if they are in the front end of the phono stage...

Beyond that all you need to look at is the IDSS which you can figure out from the rest of the circutry around them - if it matters at all...

The Mosfets and the Fets need to be able to handle the voltage drop across them, so they can be selected on that basis, and on the basis of the power they are dissipating where they are in the circuit... the bias set up for the Mosfets will give the clues needed to determine which ones will work in the circut as shown, although you can always dork some values to match another mfrs devices... there are only a handful of mfrs that made small mosfets in the 80s and 90s... 😀
