Schematic drawing

Hi guys,
anyone knows of a free schematic drawing program - no need for simulations, but PCB design very welcomed. Again it has to be free.

No seriously, it's what I use. I drew a library of parts, then paste them in and draw lines and add text. A per-pixel operation yes, but it works for me.

I use Eagle. It is free for schematics of arbitrary size. The only limitation is size of PCB that can be generated. There is also oregano, a defunct but still-useful schematic and simulation program for linux, and gEDA, a very bad schematic program for linux.

Here are two good ones free.

I love the paint brush idea Tim.

1) Circuit Maker 2000 Student edition. Download thes student edition circuit simulator free. Works good for drawing schematics too. You can add tube models. Open the Tetrode.sub or Triode.sub files with Notepad, paste in the Berkley 3f4 SPICE models (from Duncanamps.com for example). http://www.microcode.com/index.html
2)) Beige Bag Lite (it’s free) schematic drawing and simulator. John Broskie (TCJ) works there now. http://www.beigebag.com/demos.htm

You're the man of my kind. 🙂 I use Powerpoint for making simple PCBs. And... it works for me. If I had to make a very complicated one, I would think of something else like Protel or Circuitmaker. But, I'm SOOOOOO lazy that I don't want to learn how to use them though I already have both. 🙂
