Perhaps that description applies to this specific implementation. The final result always comes down to how it was executed.

Yes, it's much better with bloated bass...
Sorry for starting the rant here...
It's just that babelfish, google and similars usually makes some rather hilarious translations...
Otherwise it seems like a rather interesting project.
The drivers a quite above average, so why not...
Personally, I just can't make up my mind - fullrange, horn or OB...

Yes, I believe that the intended meaning was something to the effect of it being neutral.
It says that bass is very "clean" and powerfull, more than one would expect...also bass seems almost unendlessly deep
Further bass seems very "fast", much like with big PA drivers, but much less "coloured", and with less distortion(?)...you can clearly hear the drumskin...no blurred muddy bass here
On old poor recordings it seems like one gets the best of it, but on good recordings dynamics are almost frightening
Seems like there is a lot to be had from powerfull underhung voicecoil
Be aware that "comments" are from the ones who are also selling the kit

this is debatable IMO,
cone Stiffness(rigidity) is first established by thickness, then materials.
What thikness can you make for a diamond woofer cone?
I think is mutch better a thick cone of real Aerogel for example
Anyway I have touched and listened Magico at home of my friend.
Yes price are outrageous, but it sound! No marketing fluff
