SC480 & ETI480 Volume Levels ?

I bulit the ETI480 many moons ago and I'm wondering if the SC480 is meant to be the same in terms of sound level ?
The reason I ask is because the ETI480 was a 100W amp, but the SC480 is a 50W amp.
I'm currently using my ETI480 into 4 ohms and I'm thinking of replacing it with the SC480. If I do, I just want to be sure that I'm not going to be losing volume.
At some point, I'll build something more powerful, but for now I'm looking at going this way.
Any help much appreciated.
